First Day

NI and NCC

Employees are either categorized as NI or NCC based on when you are paid. NI employees are on a bi-weekly pay schedule, while NCC employees are paid weekly. Ask your supervisor if you have any confusion about which category you fall into. Some Nabholz policies differ depending on your status.

Building Access

Each office has its own building security, so this policy may differ depending on your location. On your first day, Employee Services (or your manager) will take your photo for your ID badge. IT will create your badge and give it to you the same day, granting you access to the necessary buildings. Contact IT at support@nabholz.com if you have any questions regarding your building access.

Nabholz Gear

On your first day, Employee Services (or your manager) will give you a bag of Nabholz gear. It will include a shirt, safety glasses, and a hardhat with a green stripe for your first year. If your role requires additional PPE, your supervisor will provide the correct equipment for you.

Drug Testing

Before your first day, you will be required to take a drug test at an assigned location and time. In addition, all Nabholz employees are placed in a pool every month to be randomly selected for a drug test. The randomly selected employees will receive a form, time frame, and location to report to in order to take it.
