Employee Database
The employee database is a resource of all Nabholz employees and their basic information. On an employee’s page, you can find their title, contact information, department, office location, hire date, manager, and more.
You can access the employee database from the SharePoint homepage. The search bar is located on the right side of the page above the quick access grid, where you can search by employee name, title, or department. You can also access the database under the “Our Company” tab.
Service Database
The service database is a resource of all services Nabholz offers. Searching for a service will provide you with Nabholz employees who specialize in that area, along with their contact information and office location.
You can access the service database from the SharePoint homepage. The search bar is located on the right side of the page above the quick access grid. The search is automatically set to the employee database, so you have to click over to the service database next to it before searching for services.
Project Database
The service database is a resource of all past, current, and upcoming Nabholz projects. The database provides the project’s job number, name, PM, PMA, super, status, project type, and ID. There is also a search function to find a specific project. To get more exact results, you can also filter by year or the project’s status.
You can access the service database from the SharePoint homepage under the “Our Company” tab.
Playbooks
Nabholz Playbooks are designed to describe the way we do things, from business development and preconstruction through project closeout and warranty. Playbooks describe our processes, reference our policies and procedures, link to standard forms, and point you to applicable Nabholz University training videos.
You can access Nabholz Playbooks from the quick links menu on the SharePoint homepage.
Your Training Is Complete!
Once you have reviewed the NI information page and explored your benefits, you are done with your new hire orientation. You may close this page and notify your supervisor that you’ve completed the onboarding modules.
