Substance use disorders are often linked to mental health issues as well.

Nabholz is dedicated to creating a supportive work environment by reducing stigma, encouraging open communication, and providing easy access to resources and mental health support.

If you notice a fellow employee struggling, speak up and offer support. Prioritizing mental health benefits everyone. Together, we can prevent incidents and promote a happier, healthier workforce. You are not alone.

Nabholz has a dedicated mental health line at (501)505-5988 that is free and available 24/7. We are HIPPA compliant, meaning that anything you disclose on this line will be confidential.
